The pain becomes worse when she rolls over in bed or when she stands up and is keeping her up at night. On review of systems, she has had historical height loss of 6 cm. Part Two: The patient recalls that her sister also had issues with “thin bones”. Her sister had celiac disease and rickets diagnosed in childhood. The patient wonders whether she has the same condition as her sister did.
